I visited San Marcos Chiropractor Dr. John Michals with Frozen Shoulders, also known as Adhesive Capsulitis, which was exhibited through stiffness and pain in both shoulders. My range of motion was greatly limited where I could not perform daily activities such as shampooing or brushing my hair without extreme pain.
